急性期治療の後に, 医療ケアーや, 医療機器を必要とする子どもが増加している. これらの子どもたちは, 初期そして専門医療やその他の保育, 教育, 福祉, 社会サービスを利用することは容易ではない. そのために, これらの子どもたちは今まで病院や施設のみに存在すると考えられていた. しかし, 今まで高齢者が主に利用していた在宅医療を子どもたちが利用できるようになってきている. 近い将来, これらの医療的ケア児も, 地域包括ケアシステムや地域共生社会の恩恵を受けることができることが期待されている.

This report intended to review the physical characteristics and present status on the fast breeder reactor. In the first section, the neutron energy distribution, neutron spatial distribution, power distribution and some consideration of the design of the fast reactor are described in order to evaluate the breeding potentiality. In the next section, the kinetics and control characteristics of the fast reactor, such as the prompt neutron life time, effective delayed neutron fraction, reactivity change due to temperature change and power instability atc. are discussed. The last section summarizes the experimental results with critical assemblies in the world.
