In this paper I take a closer look at problems, preventions and the psychological care of bullying in Swiss schools. I thereby refer to the anti-bullying <Be-Prox program< developed by Swiss psychologists and consider their possible application in Japan. Distinctive features of anti-bullying preventions in Switzerland are: Teachers take a leading role. National and local governments are unified in the support of their efforts. The importance of anti-bullying preventions and of enhancing body consciousness and physical abilities already in kindergarten is recognized.
