インフォーマルコミュニケーションの重要性は広く認識されているが,コミュニケーションの場の分散化によりその機会は減少している.この流れを受け,状況情報を用いたコミュニケーション支援が分散環境下において数多く行われており,その支援効果が確認されている.しかし,これらの支援方式はコミュニケーション全体を支援対象としているため,支援効果をあげることによりインフォーマルコミュニケーションの機会が減少しかねない問題を持つ.この問題に対して,本稿では2種類の状況情報を使用することにより,受信側がインフォーマルなメッセージを受け入れられるタイミングを算出しメッセージの通知を行う.これにより,ユーザ間にストレスを与えることなく,分散環境下におけるインフォーマルコミュニケーションの活性化を実現する.The importance of informal communications is widely recognized. However, the chance decreases because the communication space decentralized. There are a lot of communication supports that uses context information for this problem. And, the effect of those supports is confirmed. These supports target all communications. Therefore, the chance of informal communications might be decreased. In this paper, we use two kinds of context information to solve this problem. And, we calculate timing to be able to accept an informal message by using these contexts. This method notifies an informal message according to the timing. So, this method decreases the stress between users. And, this method activates informal communications of the distributed surrounding.
