A lot of theme park facilities were planned and built during the boom of bubble economy from 1980s to 1990s. But, there are not very attractive facilities, and further more these facilities have been influenced by Heisei depression. Among many unsuccessful theme park spots,Tokyo Disney Land is one of the main theme park spots.Tokyo Disney Land has still gathered many people. Their repetition rate is the highest of Japan's themeparks. The main factor of its success is its superior services of casts. On the basis of this, the purpose of this study is to find another factor of the highest repetition rate.

This research paper reports on a study which looked into the factors influencing repeat visitors to Tokyo Disney Land. I principally approached this research from a marketing viewpoint. This paper aims to clarify the similarities and differences between the mindset behind repeat visits of female students versus that of male students. Analysis Of the research results shows that about half of the investigated factors had influenced both male and female students. Of the remaining factors, those which had only influenced one group or the other, the vast majority had influenced just the female students.
