A lot of theme park facilities were planned and built during the boom of bubble economy from 1980s to 1990s. But, there are not very attractive facilities, and further more these facilities have been influenced by Heisei depression. Among many unsuccessful theme park spots,Tokyo Disney Land is one of the main theme park spots.Tokyo Disney Land has still gathered many people. Their repetition rate is the highest of Japan's themeparks. The main factor of its success is its superior services of casts. On the basis of this, the purpose of this study is to find another factor of the highest repetition rate.
