The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of employing collages and a career matrix in career education for third graders in a junior high school. First, the teacher asked students to use a career matrix. Next, the students were divided into several groups and asked to make a collage about a job and then to talk about various jobs based on the collages. The Career Maturity Attitude Scale questionnaire was implemented before and after the learning process. The results show that the students awareness of the importance of a career choice changed positively after the lesson.
