Biological terrorism and pandemic outbreak such as a new influenza virus or SARS have become a problem. In addition, facilities environment of a high standard included an anti-microbe measure is expected at pharmaceutical plants and food factories. This paper reports the examination of the anti-microbe measure with the chlorine-based chemical in the biological cleanroom and the results of confirmation that the above measure could be used for sterilization in the buildings, and the subjects for future study.
