近年,子育て支援を目的として,保護者と保育者をつなぐグループウェアシステムが多数提案されている.この考え方を発展させ,保育者,保護者,子育て支援センターの行政担当者,医師などが,連絡帳などの子どもに関する情報を共有し,中長期に渡って発達段階を見守る「e?子育てNETシステム」を実現できれば,保育の質の向上に資すると考えられる.しかし,その際の大きな課題は,子どもの活動記録のデジタル化である.各種活動記録の投入を保育者の業務とすると,保育者の負担が増大する.そこで,本稿では,e?子育てNETシステムの中核部として,ベテラン保育者のノウハウを用いて活動記録を容易にデータ投入できる「デジタル連絡帳」を提案する.デジタル連絡帳は,ベテラン保育者のKnowledgeを,多数のテンプレート(例文)として持っており,その選択・加工により,容易に連絡帳を作成できる.連絡帳は,携帯電話,Webによって保護者に配信される.そして,選択されたテンプレート種別などから児童原簿が自動生成される.本稿では,XMLをベースとして開発されたデジタル連絡帳プロトタイプ,及び,幼稚園・保育所の保育者を対象に行ったシステムに対するヒアリング結果について報告する.Recently, many application systems were developed for infant education domain: kindergarten or nursery schools. These conventional systems, however, lack the viewpoint of working reduction for nurses/kindergarten-teachers. Thus, this paper proposes a new supporting system "e-Infant Education NET System" as the way to improve infant education quality. By using the proposed system, parents, nurses/teachers, domain experts of administrative office, and medical-doctors own digital records of child activity in common. The major subject of the proposed system is easy activity record making for each infant. To resolve this problem, the authors developed "Digital Communication Notebook System" having knowledge of veteran nurses/teachers in example sentence format, each of which is called "Template." A nurse or kindergarten teacher selects and modifies the template. This template selection results in automatic generation of a digital communication notebook, daily reports, and special reports for administrative offices. The resultant digital communication notebook is sent to parents through E-mail of mobile phone or Web homepage. This paper demonstrates the outline of the implemented system and the nurses/teachers comments concerning the newly developed system.
