特徴的なトレーニングゆえに活性酸素・フリーラジカルによる酸化ストレスに強くさらされていると考えられる長距離ランナーの生体酸化ストレス及び呼吸機能・代謝に及ぼす活性水素水の影響について検討した。活性水素水摂取は安静時好中球分画及び絶対数の増加を抑えることから,トレーニングに伴う血中好中球の活性化を抑制または活性化した血中好中球を速やかに正常化する可能性が示された。安静時の血清過酸化脂質の変化より,活性水素水摂取がトレーニング由来の生体酸化ストレス障害を抑え,生体機能の維持に寄与する可能性が示された。酸素摂取量・呼吸商・心拍数の変化から,循環器系及び代謝が向上した可能性が示された。安静時の測定結果より活性水素摂取が生体の抗酸化に寄与する可能性を示す結果が示され,また,運動時の代謝及び呼吸循環機能を向上させ,パフォーマンス向上をもたらす可能性が推察された。This experiment was undertaken to investigate the effect of active hydrogen water ingestion on oxidative stress and respiratory function of university long-distance runners, presumably exposed to active oxygen and freeradical materials induced by their particular training. Seven healthy university students trained for 20 days with 2 liters of active hydrogen water (AHW) per day. We compared blood samples and respiratory function at pre and post experiment. The results obtained suggest the possibility that ingesting AHW may inhibit the activation of neutrophilic leukocytes that occur with exercise training. Further, it is suggested that ingesting AHW appears to normalize an activated blood neutrophilic leukocyte response, because the increases in the ratio and quantity of neutrophilic leukocytes at rest was reduced. The changes in serum lipid peroxide seemed to suggest the possibility that AHW could decrease oxidative stress resulting from exercise and contribute to the maintenance of homeostatic physiological function. Oxygen uptake, respiratory quotient and heart rate results seemed to suggest that respiratory and circulatory functions were improved by ingesting AHW. Results suggest the possibility that AHW ingestion contributed to antioxidant effects during training. Furthermore, AHW ingestion may improve exercise performance through its effects on respiratory, circulatory and metabolic systems.

In this paper, we proposed automated trading system using Genetic Algorithm(GA) and Genetic Programming(GP). There are many reports which focus on system trading. In recent years, these researches have attracted attention because of impact of finance crisis. Among them, we focus on two area, one is optimization of technical indicators, the other is optimization of technical indicators combination. There is not research which focuses on both parts. So we proposed automated trading system by optimizing indicators and combination of them. At first, their parameters are optimized by GA. Each indicator is fitted on movement of current market by this process. Then, using optimized indicators, combination of them is optimized by GP to generate buy-sell strategy. To verify effectiveness of proposal method, we simulated using real data given by Gaitame.com. Consequently, we got good result and verified effectiveness of proposal method.
