本稿の目的は、大韓民国(以下、韓国と略記)の保育、なかでも首都ソウル特別市の保育の現状について、2012年9月に実際に現地の保育施設及び子育て関連施設を見学して学ぶことができた多くのことについてまとめ、文献や資料等を活用しながら整理し、また考察を加えて現状を把握、理解して、今後の課題を探ることに資することである。具体的には、現地の保育施設及び子育て関連諸施設を見学させて頂いた際に、施設長や職員の方々から受けた説明や質疑等のやりとりの中で得た様々な学びや情報、そして実際の施設の設備や様子、また保育園児をはじめとする子どもたちや保護者の様子や、さらに現地の保育士への聞き取りから得た情報等を、参考文献や資料等を参照し確認しながら、また必要な補足をして整理しまとめることである。そして日本における保育及び子育てとの比較、検討についても考慮しながら韓国の保育の現状について考察し課題を探ることである。(Hereinafter referred to as Korea) Korea nursery, The purpose of this paper is that the current state of child care capital Seoul, learn to observe the local childcare facilities and child care facilities in September 2012 among them actually it is to contribute to the understanding that the present situation in addition to discussion, to understand and explore the challenges of the future for many things that could be put together, and also organize the literature and other materials while taking advantage of. It is to explore the issues discussed, taking into account the current state of child care in Korea compared with childcare and parenting in Japan, and also study.

本稿の目的は、幼児の自信を幼児の内面に育むべき自己有能感ととらえ、保育を受ける幼児の自己有能感に着目し、それを育むことを大切にする保育の在り方について考察することである。そこで、保育園の5歳児クラスに入り参与観察を行い、実際の保育において子どもたちが自己有能感を育み、そして高め深めていくことが出来る保育者のかかわりと援助及び配慮についてその実際を把握。その中で特徴的なエピソードを収集し、また幼児の状況について聞き取り調査を実施した。さらに担任保育士2名に併せて半構造化面接調査を実施して分析及び考察を行った。結果、保育者の一人一人の幼児の状況に応じた意識的なかかわりと援助の重要性が明らかになった。また保育者のプラスのストロークは幼児にとって有効であり、幼児の自己有能感を高めることが明らかになった。そして5歳児クラスの大半の子どもが、それぞれ一層自信を深め主体的かつ意欲的に遊び生活する姿が見られた。This purpose of this paper is a consideration of the modalities of care which fosters it,focusing on children subjected to child care,self competence and self competence infant confident foster children inside of the infant.So,understanding that actually preschool and nursery scool 5 years old child class with participant observation in actual childcare children cultivate self competence,and deepening the increased can can's involvement and aid and consideration.Collect distinctive in that episode and also conducted interviews about the situation of children.Homeroom 2 nursery in conjunction with further conducted semi-structured interviews,surveys,analysis and discussion.As a result,revealed the importance of a conscious relationship with infant nursery individual situations and aid.Preschool plus stroke enabled by young children also became clear that enhance the self competence of young children. And each child class most confidence deep independent and ambitious even 5 years old,play live appearance was seen.
