Background Transplantation of non-expanded peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMNCs) enhances neovessel formation in ischemic myocardium and limbs by releasing angiogenic factors. This study was designed to examine whether intracoronary transplantation of PBMNCs improves cardiac function after acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods and Results After successful percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for a ST-elevation AMI with occlusion of proximal left anterior descending coronary artery within 24 h, patients were assigned to either a control group or the PBMNC group that received intracoronary infusion of PBMNCs within 5 days after PCI. PBMNCs were obtained from patients by COBE spectra-apheresis and concentrated to 10 ml, 3.3 ml of which was infused via over-the-wire catheter. The primary endpoint was the global left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) change from baseline to 6 months' follow-up. The data showed that the absolute increase in LVEF was 7.4% in the control group and 13.4% (p=0.037 vs control) in the PBMNC group. Cell therapy resulted in a greater tendency of ΔRegional ejection fraction (EF) or significant improvement in the wall motion score index and Tc-99m-tetrofosmin perfusion defect score associated with the infarct area, compared with controls. Moreover, intracoronary administration of PBMNCs did not exacerbate either left ventricular (LV) end-diastolic and end-systolic volume expansion or high-risk arrhythmia, without any adverse clinical events. Conclusion Intracoronary infusion of non-expanded PBMNCs promotes improvement of LV systolic function. This less invasive and more feasible approach to collecting endothelial progenitor cells may provide a novel therapeutic option for improving cardiac function after AMI. The purpose of the research is evaluation of the performance capability and leadership in the camp practice. This time, the comparison of study results of four years was valued. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The reason for participation is" Participation charge" and" Credit earning". The participation student has consideration that it wants to share the enjoyment with the friend. 2.Students intend" Basis"," Safety", and" Peace" for the practice period. 3.The students' camp experiences are about 2~3 times of one person. 4.Students have an almost similar camp technology. 5.The cooking technology is experience shortage in life. 6.A prior education increases group member's communications. 7. Because" Fire causing"," Cooking rice"," Outdoors cooking" and" Use of cutlery" are repeated and executed, the performance capability is high. 8." Climbing mountain"," Sporting activities", and" Campfire" are understood easily from an experience once, and the performance capability is equipped easily, too. 9. The practice chance of" Constellation observation"," Playlet"," Measurement of the distance", "Weather chart" and" Weather forecast" is few. The acquisition of the performance capability is difficult for the practice period. 10. The leadership of" Fire causing"," Cooking rice"," Outdoors cooking" and" Use of cutlery" has been acquired. 11. It is very difficult to improve the leadership of" Constellation observation"," Ropework"," Playlet", "Judgment of the azimuth"," Measurement of the distance"," Map"," Weather chart"," Weather forecast" and" Nature-views guess". 12. The item from which a significant difference is detected between fiscal year is" Item that knowledge and the technology are demanded" and" Item influenced by the weather and atmosphere".
