日常生活の中では,何度も 「あることをしたい」 と言いつつ,長い時間が経っても行動に移さないという先延ばし行為がよく行われる.これを防ぐために,願望の実行を開始するためのモチベーションを喚起することが重要である.先行研究では,すでに遂行中のタスクのモチベーションを維持させる試みが多く行われてきたが,行動する 「前」 のモチベーションの喚起を試みた事例は少ない.そこで本研究では,行動開始のモチベーションを高めることを目的として,SNS 上で表明された願望に対し,ユーザとそのフォロワーに対して,願望に関連する情報を継続的に提供することで実行開始を促す言霊テロシステムを提案し,その有効性をユーザスタディによって検証する. : In our daily life, many people often procrastinate various things although they frequently say “I want to do that.” Such procrastinations cause a decline in the quality of life. In order to prevent the procrastinations, it is important to motivate them to start practice of their desires. In the preceding studies, there have been many attempts to maintain the motivation of tasks that are already underway. However, few cases tried to evoke motivation before starting acts. In this study, we propose a support system that motivates people to start action. This system watches tweets in Twitter to find manifests of desires. If a tweet including a manifest of a desire is found, this system starts to send related pieces of information to the desire to its sender and his / her followers until he / she achieves the desire. We conducted user studies and confirmed this system is effective to let the procrastinators to start actions on their desires.
