本研究では、戦略的意思決定プロセスのあり方についての諸見解を、コンティンジェンシー・アプローチ、戦略的選択アプローチ、社会的相互作用アプローチ、実践的アプローチなどに分類して考察することにより、意思決定者が主体的に戦略的意思決定プロセスを構築するという見解を展開している。それらを通して、戦略的意思決定プロセスの構成について概念化し、意思決定主体がこのようなプロセスを構築・設計するためのインプリケーションを提示している。1)

マネタリズムの基幹理論である貨幣数量説の問題点をフィッシャーの交換方程式を中心に批判的に検討した。主要な論点は、貨幣の流通速度の定義、交換方程式における貨幣量の定義、フィッシャーの交換方程式とケンブリッジ方程式との相違、貨幣数量説における貨幣と物価との因果関係、必要流通手段量説、貨幣と有効需要、などである。

中国の裁判所と保険会社の2組織の従業員に権威に関する調査を実施した。権威についてどのようにとらえているか、上司と部下との間の権威の関係である権威勾配、上司や組織への忠誠心などを質問紙によって調査を行った。上司が威圧的であるととらえる者ほど(権威勾配が急であるほど)、面従腹背の傾向が強く、組織や上司への忠誠心が低いことがわかった。日系企業の現地化の際の「二重構造」の問題を権威勾配と関係付けて議論した。

Recently several lawsuits have been brought in against the exhaustion of suspended particulate matter ( SPM ) . In January 2000, Kobe district court prohibited that daily averages of hourly SPM concentrations must not exceed the limit of 0.15 mg/m^3. In this paper, the daily averages were investigated on the basis of this limit at 253 monitoring stations for automobile exhaust gas in Japan from April 1997 to March 1998. As a result , daily averages exceeded the limit at 124 monitoring stations by the roadsides. In particular, at 11 monitoring stations daily averages exceeded the limit extremely.

Phrasal verbs are frequently used in current English, for example, in newspapers and magazines as well as in colloquialism and novels. The main purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze phrasal verbs used in the economic articles of The Japan Times, and to clarify the characteristics on the basis of the investigation. In this study, the present writer investigated the articles related to economy and business in the thirty issues of The Japan Times, which were published in April and June, 2002. As a result, 315 phrasal verbs were picked up as seen in the attached table. Those phrasal verbs are classified under 27 items related to economic activities or phenomena, such as transaction, investment, production, and financial debt. It is evident that there are a remarkable number of phrasal verbs which are peculiar to business and economy in the economic articles in The Japan Times. It is also revealed that a variety of economic activites or phenomena can be expressed more vividly and concretely in current English by using those phrasal verbs.
