本稿は日本中世の訴訟手続きの一つである「入門」(いりかど)について、関係史料を順次取り上げ再検討を加え、訴訟手続きの総体的な理解に資そうとするものである。ここでは関係史料のうち「沙汰未練書」と「国分氏古文書」の記述を対象にして再検討を行うものである。

It is ages since it was mentioned that school education was not able to be dealt with by one Pestalozzi any longer but by the group of a teaching staff. Therefore, the favorable results coming from group teaching weigh more heavily than that of individual teaching. Teaching and researching ability of school as a whole does not amount to, however, a mere total sum of those of individual teachers and other people concerned. This is because the ability of each staff member produces, whether positive or negative, synergistic effects throubh the mood and norms which school (the group of teaching staff) makes and through such environmental stimuli as mutual relationship and leadership. This paper takes notice of several aspects of the environmental stimulation, in terms of dynamic interaction between group and individual, which the group of technical college teachers and other staff members from, and analyzes and investigates them. Thus, we try to offer a viewpoint with which to many-sidedly understand the place of work, Kosen.

The purpose of this study is clarifying sexuality consciousness and sexuality behavior in colleges of technology students. The subjects of this investigation were 140 male and 49 female of first grader in ube national college of technology students. The results are summarized as follows: 1) The male students' sexual concern was higher than the female students. 2) 5.4% of the male students had experienced sexual intercourse, 20.0% female students. 3) Many of students are consulting with a friend on worries about sexual. 4) Many of the female students want to know about pregnancy, elective abortion, and sexually transmitted disease.

A wind energy conversion system was assembled with a small-scale wind driven generator (Yamada type) of rated output 1 KW, storage batteries of 24V×600AH and fluorescent lamps. This system was operated for 333 days for the period Aug. 1982 to July 1983. In the average of daily energies, the wind energy of 13.1KWH was inputted to the cross section (11.34m^2) of rotating blades, 1.07KWH of which was converted to electric energy and 0.89KWH was used for the lighting. The relation between mechanical efficiency and wind characteristics was discussed. The mean generation efficiency and the mean transfer efficiency of the energy throughout the system were evaluated as 8.2% and 6.8%, respectively. From these further problems were discussed.

本論文は、南北朝期防長守護研究の一環として、貞治二年(一三六三)に大内弘世が南朝から北朝=幕府方へ帰服したことを示すとされる「山田聖栄自記」(『大日本史料』第六編二十五、四三頁)所収の島津「師久訴陳申状」に若干の検討を加えようとするものである。この検討を通して、従来大内弘世の帰服を示すとされてきた同史料については慎重な取り扱いが必要なことなどを再確認した。

To investigate the hygienic environment in Peru, we visited Cusco sewage treatment plant. The altitude of Cusco sewage treatment plant is 3,193 m being considered that it is one of the treatment plants installed at the highest elevation in the world. It is the newest plant in Peru and the present facility has run since 2014. The treatment type is trickling filter with PVC media. One of the features for being installed at high altitude is installing blowers to supply oxygen despite that trickling filter substantially does not need aeration. It is because of the low oxygen concentration in the air at high altitude. It should be noticed that the plant was entirely controlled by modernized and sophisticated system despite that it was built in developing country.

We had investigated about hygienic environment concerning on waste management of people who lives on the water at Siem reap, Cambodia. The people who lives on the water, uses water from lake for daily life. At the same time, they also throw wastewater which includes toilet and raw garbage into the lake. However, the water quality of the lake, especially the organic matter concentration detected in the water seems similar to 15 years ago. Regarding waste, it has high ratio of raw garbage. As for valuable resource, informal recycle system seems to be developing. Despite the poor environment, there are still some waste picker spotted especially at the village garbage collection point because the job gives higher income than farmer.

We study the one-dimensional car following model with optimal velocity (OV model) which was proposed in [5]. The model consists of simple ordinally differential equations, but provides the essential property for queue dynamics arising in traffic jams. In this article, we propose the generalized version of OV model and give numerical results and some comments for our model.

The Kokugo (The Japanese Readers) in ten volumes edited by the editorial department of Iwanami Shoten, which were used as textbooks of Japanese at middle school under the old system of education from 1935 to 1944,are evaluated as textbooks of a high cultural standard although they were edited under the ultranationalistic trend of eduction at that time. Taking advantage of the occasion of their republication in 1988,the author, who happened to be taught with those textbooks at school, tries to take them into cosideration from various angles.
