[抄録]地域経済の現状を的確に捉えるためには, 客観的な経済統計の利用が欠かせない. なかでも域内総生産は当該地域の経済活動を包括的に捉えることの出来る経済統計である. しかし大阪府では, 大阪市を除いて府下市町村での域内総生産(市町村 GRP)の推計は行われていない. 本稿では, 他県での推計事例や先行研究を参考に, 独自に大阪府下の市町村 GRP の長期推計を行った. 推計結果から, 大阪府経済の長期低迷の主因は大阪市であること, 大阪市以外では, 府北東部の市は停滞しているが, 府南部の第二次産業比率の高い市町村が大阪経済を下支えしていたことがわかった. また推計結果を活用した分析事例として, タイル尺度により地域間格差を計測した. 大阪府の地域間格差は, 労働生産性でみると, 関西国際空港の開港に伴い急拡大したが, その後は縮小してきていることがわかった. [Abstract] In order to accurately grasp the current state of the regional economy, we need economic statistics. In particular, gross regional product(GRP)is economic statistics that can capture comprehensive economic activities in the region. However, in Osaka Prefecture, an estimate of gross regional product of the municipality has not been performed except Osaka City. In this paper, I estimate the long-term gross regional products of municipalities in Osaka Prefecture. According to the estimation results, it is found that a long-term downturn in Osaka economy is mainly attributed to economic stagnation of Osaka City. In addition, from the calculation results of the Theil index, regional inequality of Osaka Prefecture has been found smaller in recent years.

[抄録]本稿は, 近時の家族をめぐる裁判所の立法事実を用いた判断手法について, なぜそのような判断枠組みを用いたのか. それについて家族法ならびに憲法などの法の制定過程, そして裁判所の違憲審査に対する姿勢などから検討する. 家族のあり方をめぐる問題の根底には, 明治期に民法や戸籍法によって制度化された「家制度」がある. 家制度自体は, 個人の尊厳や両性の平等を規定した日本国憲法の制定により, 廃止されたものの, 今なお, 法や人々の意識の上で, 様々な影響を及ぼす. そしてそれが立法事実という裁判所の判断手法を通じて, 裁判の行方をも左右する. 多様な家族形態が, 法的判断を困難にするという状況はあるが, 本稿では, 世論などに基づく判断をなすべきではなく, 憲法学的な観点からアプローチに基づいた検討の必要性を説いた. [Abstract] This paper aims to examine why a certain decision-making framework is used consisting of decision-making techniques that employ legislative acts from courthouses over families in recent years. The study investigates the process of how family laws(laws governing the rights within families)and constitutional laws have been enacted as well as the attitudes of courts towards unconstitutional investigations. The background underlying the problem over what the family ought to be is "the semi-feudal institution of the family system"., which was instituted by civil law and the Family Registration Law during the Meiji era. The family system in itself was abolished with the enactment of the Constitution of Japan which stipulates individual dignity as well as equality between both sexes. Despite this, it still has various effects on laws and the minds of people In addition, it may control trials through the decision-making techniques of the court, which are called legislative facts. Diverse types of families make legal decisions difficult these days. However, this paper reasons that it is necessary to perform investigations based on approaches from a constitutional perspective, not on public opinion.

小林一三は電鉄会社を軸に沿線開発を始め百貨店経営やレジャー産業を展開した斬新で独創的な経営を実践した人物である。後に小林の経営手法を数多くの経営者が取り入れた。そのうちの一人にダイエーの創業者である中内功がいる。彼は、小売業を軸に多角化を展開する。しかし、両者の経営の手法を比較すると、中内は堅実性に欠け、非合理的側面が見られたこともあり第二の小林になりきれなかった。 (英文) Ichizo KOBAYASHI established Hankyu Rail Way Co.,Ltd, and diversified , land development, selling the land in lots, running a department store, leisure industory, and so on. Many managers adopted his manegemnet method. Isao NAKAUCHI, the fouder of The Daiei inc., is one of them. He imitated the bisuness style of KOBAYASHI, started a super market ,and run a lot of businesses. But NAKAUCHI didn't succeed ,because he lacked solidity and rationality.

本稿では株式会社コーセーの発展過程を概観する。化粧品製造業に長らく従事してきた小林孝三郎が第二次世界大戦後、独立・創業し「小林合名会社」を設立した。その後、同社は「株式会社小林コーセー」に改組する。さらにイメージの刷新をはかり、CI活動の一環で「株式会社コーセー」に社名を変更する。同社の経営の実権は小林家によってかなりの部分が握られている。同社は高品質の化粧品を製造し、国際化戦略の積極的展開によって発展している。 (英文) The purpose of this paper is to take a look at the KOSE Co., Ltd. development process. Kobayashi Kozaburo established Kobayashi patnership, a cosmetic maker, after World War II and reorganized it into Kobayashi KOSEI Co., Ltd in 1948. Kobayashi KOSEI Co., Ltd changed its name to KOSE Co., Ltd for its Corporate Identity campains. An initiative of KOSE is had by Kobayasi family. KOSE is developing ever year and its status is high in the cosmetic industory. These days KOSE actively promotes an internationalization strategy.

[抄録] もし市場が効率的なら、投資家はいかなる手法を使っても市場平均に勝てない。これが効率的市場仮説を支持する研究者の見解である。市場平均に勝っても、運が良かっただけとするのだ。この仮説を支持するバートン・マルキールの著書と支持しないジャスティン・フォックスの見解を考察する。あわせて筆者が株式投資を行いその際に経験した事の考察もする。フォックスも筆者も効率的市場仮説は、成立しないとする立場である。アノマリーが存在するのだ。リチャード・オヒギンズの「ダウの負け犬戦略」つまりダウ30社の中から、配当利回りの高い株に投資するだけの戦略はオショネシーの研究ではダウ平均を年率で2%上回っていたのだ。だがこの戦略を多くの人が知れば、市場平均に負けてしまう。こうした事例からもわかる様に、こんな単純な戦略でも市場平均に勝てたのである。投資家が「経済人」でなく、非合理的な行動をすることもあり、筆者はとうてい効率性市場仮説を支持することはできない。 [Abstract] If the stock market is efficient, an investor can't get more money than an average investor. If an investor make a great achievement,his success is his good luck. I thought the stock market was efficient this was a great mistake. Scholars who believe that the stock market is efficient take a wrong turning. Do they deny the success of Edward Warren Buffettt ? Buffett said ‘If the stock market is efficient, I became a beggar’. I think Buffett is right. I consider 'the great achievement is not his fortune but his investments' method is right. I think anomaries do exist. You can make a reward to invest.

従来から英語教育における問題点として、英単語の暗記の難しさとその記憶保持が指摘されている。そこで本論文では、効果的でより発展的な英語教育を行うにあたり障害となっている英単語の記憶再生及び保持に関して、学習者の精神的状態、特に肯定的感情に着目し、く肯定的感情が及ぼす英単語学習効果への影響を検討した。 (英文) The difficulty of memorizing the meanings of English words and attaining longer remembrance of them is considered one of the important issues in English teaching. In this paper, focusing on the mental states of students, an attempt to find an innovative way of memorizing the meanings of English words more easily and attaining longer remembrance of them by using the influence of positive effect on words learning.
