情報処理学会論文誌として「情報システム論文」特集号(3月号)を企画し,12件の多彩な論文を掲載することができた.このような情報システムの特集企画は今回が始めてであるが,これにより情報システムの見方を広く関係者に示すことができたと考える.これを機に,本特集号が生れるまでの経緯を述べ,情報システム論文に必要な事柄について考える.よい情報システム論文を関係者が共有するために,情報システム特有の論文採択基準を再認識することも必要であると考える.そこで,本報告では,本特集号への投稿論文について分析し,その編集活動を総括することによって,これからの情報システム関連論文の更なる発展の一助としたい.)The IPSJ Journal `Special Issues on Information Systems` was planned, and 12 various papers were reported. Though it was the planning which started such special issue, it was possible to show the viewpoint of the wide information systems. In this opportunity, the history until it produces this special issue is described, and the matter necessary for the information systems paper is considered. It is also necessary to understand the information systems peculiar adoption level in order to share the good result. In this report, result of analysis of various papers contributed to this special Issue is described.)
