イメージスキャナで読み取った尺八譜画像から,譜字,拍子線など尺八譜記号を自動認識する研究を行っている.尺八譜に用いられる記号は手書き文字で構成され,また,記号同士の重なりが多いため,記号の切り出しと認識方法に工夫が必要である.都山流尺八譜を対象に研究を行っているが,認識アルゴリズムの改良により認識率が向上した.また,尺八には様々な流派があり,流派毎に使用する尺八譜は異なっているが,新たに竹保流尺八譜の認識を試みたので報告する.We are developing a system which recognizes Shakuhachi tablature image. Shakuhachi tablature mainly consists of handwritten characters and its symbols are frequently over lapped each other. It is required to design special algorithm for recognition of the Shakuhachi tablature, especially symbol separation. Although there are some styles in Shakuhachi tablature, our current target is Tozan-ryu style. With the modification for the recognition algorithm, we have achieved the higher recognition rate than the previous version. In addition, we have started to support the Chikuho-ryu style and got the appropriate results.
