ビジネスにおけるコンセプト立案、製品開発において、ステークホルダの要求を把握し、新たなコンセプトや新製品アイデアを抽出する設計会議の重要性は言うまでもない。しかし、多くの人が感じているように、これらの会議の効率は極めて悪く、会議時間全体の9割は無駄な時間であるといわれている。本研究では、これらの会議の効率の改善を目的に、質問をベースとする要求獲得手法および合意形成プロセスおよび質問をベースとするアイデア生成のためのナビゲーション手法を施行した。家庭内に設置された機器を集中管理するホームコントローラを対象とした要求獲得実験およびそこから出された課題の解決策のアイデア会議に本提案手法・プロセスを適用し、手法としての有効性を評価した。Design meeting is a very important tool/process for concept making and product design in the business world. However, the meeting is not managed efficiently. About 90 percent of time is spent useless for the mediation of the entanglement based on misunderestanding premises of opinions. For improving the efficiency of the meeting, inquiry based requirements elicitation method and requirements integration process, and inquiry based navigation method for the meeting, are propose in this paper. The capability of improving the efficiency of the meeting has been evaluted in the design process of a home controller.
