ユーザが携帯電話を所持していても,実際に相手と通話できるか否かは相手の物理的・社会的状況に依存する.そのため,相手の無事を知るために通話をしたいと感じても,相手が通話に応じてくれるかどうかわからないため,漠然とした不安が生じてしまう.そこで本研究では,相手の携帯電話に付与したセンサにより相手の状況を自動的に判別し,相手が通話できかつ電話に出てもよいと考えているかどうかという通話是非情報を通知する手法を提案する.それにより,「相手の無事による安心感」,「相手に自分を助けてもらえることによる安心感」,「相手の意思・意図」の 3 つの感覚が伝達でき,その結果として安心感の拡大や行動を決定する上での判断の助けとなる.アンケート評価の結果,安心感を拡大することができ,行動を決定する上での判断の助けとなることがわかった.さらに試作システムによる携帯電話所有者の通話是非状態の判別精度を評価し,高い精度で判別できることを確認した.Whether a person with mobile phone can receive someone's call is dependent on the physical and social situation of him/her. Therefore, when we want to communicate with our partner to know his/her safety, we feel insecure because we cannot know whether he/she can accept our call or not. To solve the problem of insecurity feeling, we propose a method which helps to emphasize our sense of security by notifying the partner's acceptability of receiving our call. The acceptability is estimated with several sensors attached to mobile phone. The method aims to transmit three senses ― "sense of security about the partner's safety", "relief by the partner's help", "intention of the partner". From the result of questionnaire about the proposed method, it is found that the method can enhance sense of security so that we can decide what to do. In addition, it is found that the prototype can estimate participants' acceptability with high accuracy.
