サプライチェーン革命がさけばれてから久しいが,日本国内の状況を考えると,一部の小売業をのぞき,サプライチェーンは大きく変わっていない。とくに,大手も含む製造業では,サプライチェーンの効率化にとりくむものの,なかなか成果が出ていないのが現実である。いくつかの大手企業のサプライチェーン改革の支援を行うなかで,サプライチェーンの効率化への課題となる共通の問題が存在するらしいことに気がついた。それは,在庫テーブル,有効在庫,引当在庫の管理を主とする在庫管理システムの存在である。ここでは,既存の在庫システムのよくある設計と,その課題および問題点を論ずる。続いて,それらの課題に対する対応案として,勘定パターンによる在庫管理システムの設計および実装例を示す。A stock management system is one the most critical components of supply chain management systems and has been implemented on almost every system including procurement, manufacturing management, order entry etc. Since the component has long history of computer implementation, many stock management systems has not been redesigned to meet with the current market needs as well as the technology needs. This paper discusses the common limitations and problems of such systems and reports the improved design, implementation and applications.
