国際図書館コンソーシアム連合(ICOLC:International Coalition of LibraryConsortia )の会合は,年2 回,春に北米,秋に欧州で開催されている。米国テキサス州オースティンで開催された第23回会合は,電子リソース価格調査,電子ジャーナルの価格モデル,PDA,電子ブック,ディスカバリー・サービス等をテーマとした全体討議やテーマ別分科会の他,ベンダーグリルの全19 セッションから構成されていた。本稿ではその概要について報告する。The International Coalition of LibraryConsortia meets twice a year, in North America in the spring and in Europe in the fall. The 23rd meeting was held in Austin Texas and included a total of nineteen sessions on topics such as value and assessment measures for e-resources, pricing models for e-journals, PDA, e-books and discoveryservices and breakout sessions on different topics. This paper provides an overview of these sessions.
