本研究では現在なでしこリーグの中でもトップクラスの環境を持ち,日本代表選手を多く輩出しているJリーグ所属浦和レッドダイヤモンズの下部組織である「浦和レッドダイヤモンズレディース」と,ぎりぎりのクラブ運営の中でもなでしこリーグ残留を続け,日本女子サッカーリーグでは最も歴史のある市民クラブ「伊賀フットボールクラブくノ一」(筆者所属)の事例を中心に,日本女子サッカーリーグ所属クラブの現状を明らかにし,それらから見ることのできる課題を検討することで,日本女子サッカーリーグ所属クラブの展望を考察することを目的とする。本稿はその第II報として, Jリーグ所属浦和レッドダイヤモンズの下部組織である「浦和レッドダイヤモンズレディース」に焦点を当て,Jリーグ下部組織としての活動のメリット,デメリットについて検討した。Japan national women's football team won the World Cup of Women's Football in 2011.7. After then Women's Football is rapidly gaining popularity in Japan. However, an environment of women's football in Japan is not favorable. The purpose of this study was to examine the current status and the future prospects of the Japan Women's Football League through the case study of the two teams (Urawa Red Diamonds Ladies and Iga Football Club Kunoichi) belong to the League. This is the continued study from the previous report with the same title "The Current Status and Future Prospects of the Japan Women's Football League(I)" ( Memoirs of Osaka Kyoiku University, Ser.IV.Vol.60-2.,2012.2., pp.15-28.). Especially, the purpose of the present study is to examine the following topics about the Urawa Red Diamonds Ladies: 1. Fromacitizen's club to a substructure of the J League team (1)Honda Ladies (2)Urawa Ladies, Urawa Leinas (3)Saitama Ladies FC (4)Urawa Red Diamonds Ladies 2. The present condition of the Urawa Red Diamonds Ladies (1)The present condition of the management (2)The treatment of players (3)The environment of training 3. Merit and demerit of a substructure of the J League team
