論文(Article)本研究の目的は,他職種からみた生活相談員に対するイメージや期待する役割を把握した上で,生活相談員業務のあり方について検討することである。社会福祉法人A系列の特別養護老人ホームを調査対象にし,生活相談員以外の専門職から102通の回答を得た。分析の結果,生活相談員は他職種から,相談援助や連絡調整を中心とした役割を期待されている傾向があることが明らかになった。This study aims to examine residential social worker's expected roles from the other professionals viewpoints and to consider the direction of residential social work. The target of the questionnaire survey was a social welfare corporation affiliated special nursing home for the elderly, and 102 professions other than residential social worker responded. As a result of analysis, the following trend was revealed that residential social worker was expecting the role of consultation aid and coordination mainly from other professions.
