A network of the emergency telemedicine for mountain climbers in Japan Alps area has been developed. The network consists of 2.4GHz wireless LAN with over 30 km distance to be connected the Cable TV LAN. We confirmed that this network is able to transfer the high quality video and audio signal suitable for the telemedicine between the mountain huts and hospitals. In this paper, we pointed out the shortcomings of wireless LAN system and cable TV network system in use, for the telemedicine, and wireless LAN module covered more than 30km and a extension system of upstream frequency bandwidth for Cable TV network. Experiments suggested that a low cost and long distance wireless LAN is useful for mountain climber's emergency telemedicine.

2007年の台風4号襲来時に鹿児島県の更新園や幼木園の徒長枝に,チャ葉の褐変症状が見られた.褐変症状からはチャ葉に高濃度で注入接種した場合に,過酸化水素の発生を伴う過敏感反応性症状を24~48時間以内に形成する細菌(以下,HRT菌)が分離された.2007年から2008年にかけて台風襲来後に発生したチャ葉の褐変症状から4種類のHRT菌が分離され,そのうち優先2種は細菌学的性質および16S rRNA遺伝子解析より,それぞれ<i>Herbaspirillum huttiense</i> および<i>Acidovorax avenae</i> に近縁な種であった.これらの細菌は,通常の付傷接種や野外条件においてチャ葉に病原性を示さなかった.しかし,台風襲来時に野外茶園においてHRT菌を噴霧接種したところ,翌日には原症状に類似した褐変症状が再現でき,病斑部分からは接種菌が再分離された.我々のデータは,台風襲来時のような特殊な条件下では本来は非病原性である細菌によって過敏感反応による被害が引き起こされうることを示唆する.<br>

Double crystallizations during warming observed with the certain compositions of NaCl-glucose-water system solution, were investigated by X-ray diffraction. From the results a lower temperature crystallization is identified as ice formation. Viscosities of the ternary system solutions were measured at 30℃. Viscosities of NaCl-glucose-water system solutions are higher than those of KCl-glucose-water system solutions in the same compositions.
