Use of 3D CG for Election Reporting Program has been expanding in accordance with improvement of CG technology. In this paper we have outlined our development of in-house real time CG system for Election Reporting Programs and its stable operation.

This paper describes the method of the production of Computer Graphics with reality using the Images observed by Satellites and its application to TV programs. This method consists of generation of 3 dimensional geographical model from contour map and correction of Satellite's Image distortion and synthesis of 3 dimensional geographical model with Satellites Image. This method was applied to NHK special program "The Virgin Peak Namchabarwa" and showed its effectiveness.
