This paper analysed the recent tendency of the location of the electronic date processing division in the big companies the head quarter of which are now located in the heart of Tokyo. In addition to the secondary date analysis, a questionnaire survey was done to about a hundred companies to identify their behavior and the relating problems. Finally, the possibility of the reagglomeration of the divisions and the information processing industries to the suburban core cities are also discussed.
