配管のねじ接合に関する施工実態の把握を目的に、①アンケートによる施工内容に関する調査の実施、②テープシール併用時のトルクに関する確認実験を実施した。本報では、これらの調査と実験の結果について報告する。

We carried out the investigation on deterioration of stainless steel piping by the passing of 8 years. Though Stainless steel pipes could expect high durability, it could confirm that the intentional maintenance was necessary for housing type fittings and valves. From now on, making the maintenance technique that unnecessary related construction or suspension ofwater supply time can be restrained to a minimum will become the subjects.
