The aim of this report is to describe a practice of supporting students' English vocabulary learning in National Institute of Technology, Kisarazu College in the financial year 2015. The practice tries to alter students' learning from temporary learning to continuous or repeated learning. A survey is carried out in order to find students' changes of their perceptions about vocabulary learning through the practice. Quantitative text analysis by KH Coder discovers that the students try to learn vocabularies repeatedly with various kinds of learning methodology. The analysis also finds that the students have noticed knowledge connections between English vocabulary learning and contents of other subjects.

The goal of the current paper is to report a song-making project for Foreign Language Activities at elementary school. A project group ""E-UTA Project"", in which project members make original songs based on teaching materials of Foreign Language Activities, plan lessons with the original songs, and conduct the lessons at elementary schools, organized the activity. The project has made several original songs for Foreign Language Activities with the following concepts; melodies that learners can enjoy, tunes that help learners understand lyrics, and repetitions of target phrases that learners learn through the songs. The project members conducted numbers of lessons with the original songs at elementary schools. Through these lessons, members observed that some learners showed their interests more than they usually showed to what they were learning through the songs.
