In this study, in order to establish a simple and engineered analysis method for appropriately evaluating the dynamic response characteristics of steel beams under impact loading, impact response analysis method based on a fiber element approach was proposed. An applicability of the method was discussed comparing with the experimental results of a total of nine small-scale H-shaped steel beams having different span length and impact velocities of impact striker. From this study, the following results were obtained: 1) applying the proposed method, the deflection behavior of the beams can be appropriately predicted; and then 2) the method may be able to use as a tool for evaluation of the dynamic response characteristics of the H-shaped steel beams under the impact loading.

In order to rationally analyze an impact resistant behavior of the full-scale reinforced concrete (RC) girders under consecutive impact loading, it is proposed to apply an equivalent tensile fracture-energy concept for concrete elements. The applicability is investigated by conducting numerical simulations for full-scale RC girder with 8 m clear span under a 2,000 kg fallin-gweight consecutive impact loading. The numerical simulations are conducted taking an axial length of concrete elements and with/without considering the concept as the parameters, in which the reference length of concrete elements is 35.7 mm and the considered maximum length is 250 mm. From this study, it is confirmed that considering the equivalent fracture-energy concept, the model with coarse mesh can be practically applied with a proper accuracy for numerical analysis of the full-scale RC girders under consecutive impact loading.

本論文では,連続繊維シート(FRPシート)による梁部材の合理的なせん断補強設計法確立のための基礎資料を収集するため,シートのせん断補強効果に及ぼすせん断補強筋や補強形式の影響を実験的に検討した。補強形式は,補強高さを2種類に変化させたU字形補強および閉合補強の全3種類とした。検討の結果,1)U字形補強の場合は閉合補強よりも補強効果が小さいこと,2)既往のU字形シートが負担するせん断力の計算式は,せん断補強筋の有無によって実験結果を過小あるいは過大に評価すること,等が明らかになった。

In order to establish a simple and rational impact response analysis method for lightweight shear-failure type Reinforced Concrete (RC) beams with stirrup, three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element analysis was conducted for total fourty-seven RC beams under falling-weight impacting. Here, tensile strength of concrete was assumed as 1/16th of compressive one. An applicability of the proposed analysis method was confirmed by comparing with the experimental results of fourteen beams. From this study, following results were obtained: 1) impact response waves and crack patterns can be rationally predicted by using proposed analysis method, and 2) ultimate shear capacity of the RC beams under impact loading can be rationally predicted by means of the proposed numerical analysis method considering a safety margin of 15 %.
