The breasts are vibrated obviously by jumping. It has been thought that the brassiers should control the vibration of breasts. So the authors investigated the effects of controlling the vibration by several kinds of brassiers. Two subjects whose breast sizes were different put three infrared reflex marks on their three points of each body and jumped ten times with camisole, sports bra, super light adhesive bra, brassier and strapless bra in regular sequence. The camisole was used instead of the nude. The first mark was put on the fossa jugularis point and next two marks were put on each theloin. Two video cameras and 3D action analysis soft wear were used in the experiment. Main results were as follows: The subject with smaller breasts showed the effect of controlling the vibration in the case of wearing the sports bra, brassier, strapless bra. The other subject with larger breasts didn't show the evident effect by any kinds of brassiers. The brassiers with straps have to be selected fittingly and adjusted by straps to each wearer; otherwise it is probable that the vibration of breasts will be large.

〈目的〉 スカート丈は流行によって変化するものの,定番のタイトスカートで、下体部が美しく見え、かつ、着用者に適合するような丈や色の設定はいかなるものであろうか。本研究では、若い女性が気にするような、脚が細く長く見える条件を体型別に明かにしようと試みた。〈資料・方法〉 被験者は体型が異なる女子大生4名で,着用実験に用いたタイトスカートは,各人の身体寸法に合わせて製作したものである。スカート丈は膝の中央を基準として、膝上10cm、膝の中央、膝下10cm、ふくらはぎの位置、踝の5条件で白と黒の2種類、計10条件をカメラで撮影し、これを評価の資料とした。写真資料を51名の女子大生が、バランスの良い・悪いもの、下体部の太く・細く見えるもの、脚の長く・短く見えるもの、総合評価の7項目の印象評価を行った。〈結果〉 _丸1_因子分析の結果、固有値1以上の6つの因子が抽出され、体型別に評価が分かれることがわかった。_丸2_黒スカートの場合、脚が細く長く見える丈は、背が高く太った被験者では踝丈、背が高く細い被験者では膝上10cm丈、背が低く太い被験者ではふくらはぎ丈であった。背が低く細い被験者では膝丈又は膝上10cm丈であった。スカートと脚のバランスの良い評価はいずれの被験者も膝丈であった。_丸3_白スカートの場合は、細い被験者は黒の場合と同じ評価であったが、太い被験者の場合では膝下丈は脚が細く見えるが、脚が長く見えるのは膝上丈であった。_丸4_黒と白のスカートを比較すると、太った被験者は黒の評価が高く、細い被験者では評価は分かれた。

The authors investigated the difference and relationship between female students and their mothers on their fashion interest and clothing behavior by questionnaire in 2002. The subjects consisted of 165 female students 108 mothers. Main results were as follows: 1) A few factors which meant the fashion interest and the purchasing behavior were drawn by factor analysis. 2) Many students judged their mothers did not dress smartly and they didn't want to dress like their mothers in future. 3) The students who went shopping with their mothers yearned for their mothers' fashion and were bought own clothes by their mothers. There was a positive relation between the shopping stores and fashion interest. 4) When the students regarded mothers' fashion with yearning, they lent and borrowed each other's clothes or fashion goods.
