本稿では,電子的に保存された医療情報を広域ネットワーク上で安全に流通させるための一手法として,我々が研究開発してきたXMLコンテンツ流通管理システム'iSquare'を用いた医療情報システムの実現方法を示す.iSquareを医療情報システムに適用させるために,(1)汎用的条件に応じた開示制御を実現するための,拡張XPath記法を用いたコンテンツ利用制約管理機構,(2)緊急時のルールを優先させるための,優先度を考慮したポリシー制御機構,(3)医師等の属性を証明するための属性認証機構の拡張を行っている.これらの拡張により,柔軟な開示条件設定のもと,信頼できる利用者に対してのみ開示制御を行う医療情報システムの実現が可能となった.This paper describes an implementation of the safe, distributed medical information system on our XML content sharing system, 'iSquare'. To apply iSquare to medical information system, we extended iSqure as follows: (1) the usage restriction management system using extended XPath notation for an access control which allows multi-purpose conditions, (2) the policy management mechanism which gives priority to emergency rules (3) the attribute authentication mechanism to certificate the personal attribute like 'doctor'. These extensions enable iSquare to be a platform for a reliable, distributed medical information system which has flexible access control.
