宮城県気仙沼市の小泉地区は、東日本大震災後間もない4月に「小泉地区明日を考える会」を結成し、6月には「小泉地区集団移転協議会」を設立した。また、全住民へのアンケートを自ら実施し、約120世帯の対象住民の意向を集約、集団移転を実現する上でのハードルである100%の合意を進め、移転先の土地の候補地も定めた。3月11日から半年以上が過ぎ、集団移転へ向けての住民の自主的な行動が多くの被災地で見られるようになったが、集団移転を要望するという単発的な意思表明に終わらず、着実にフォーラムやワークショップを積み重ねており、徐々に県内外からの小泉地区への関心も高まってきている。

"Ethnomethodology" in the above paper was discussed as a sociological method, and "Ethno" was explained as a critical sociology. However, "Ethnomethodology" is not a method, but a theoretical position or an intellectual attitude. It's research program is to analyze and explain "ethnomethod", that is, the various methods being used to carry out the various matters which the people attain in the daily life.
