消化管アニサキス症は急性腹症の鑑別診断として重要である.我々は2012年8月から2015年4月までの間に10例のアニサキス症を経験した.内訳は男7例,女3例で,うち2例は健診例(無症状)であった.年間を通じて,ほぼ全ての年齢層に発生していた.有症例では心窩部痛が主症状であり,被疑食品はサバが最頻度であった.摂食から発症までは2〜7時間であり,発症から内視鏡までは8〜72時間を要していた.迷入したアニサキス虫体は,いずれも内視鏡下にて生検鉗子で摘出され,うち3例では蠕動運動抑制薬であるl-メントールが使用された.日本人の食生活と嗜好上,アニサキス症の完全な予防は困難であり,治療としては内視鏡下の虫体摘出が唯一確実な方法である.問診やCT所見にて疑わしい場合は,積極的に内視鏡検査をすることが望ましい.また,可動性虫体の摘出にあたっては,l-メントールの虫体への直接散布が有用な可能性がある.

English is recognized as the global language, while other foreign languages are usually referred to as "the second foreign languages" and tend to be considered less important in higher education, especially in technical colleges, in Japan. Some technical colleges minimize the number of foreign language classes and some haveeven closed them down completely. This trend is being encouraged by the recent emphasis on English education and the difficulties in employing full-time or even part-time teachers for such classes. However, our research has found that students wish to have a chance to learn the second foreign languages at school.Therefore, we strongly believe in the importance of learning foreign languages along with English and retaining them in the curriculums. This can help us on the road to true international understanding.
