We have been reported the effects of some drugs (ex. calcitonine, vitamin D etc.) on epiphyseal growth plate of HEBP (EHDP) induced rachitic rats, but those effects may be characteristic for HEBP induced richets. So we started the study about strontium induced rachitic rats. In this paper, effects of calcium and strontium content in a diet on epiphyseal growth plates of rats were reported.Our results were as follows: 1) With the diet containing 2 weight % of strontium and 0.1 weight % of calcium for 3 weeks, remarkable rachitic changes of epiphyseal growth plate of the rat were evoked; 2) In this exprimental model, serum Pi and Ca decresed, and serum Alp incresed significantly compared with control.

輸血拒否を特徴とするエホバの証人に対する手術治療成績を報告する.対象は2004年から2018年の115症例,手術時間,出血量,術前後のHb値,術中回収式自己血輸血使用の有無,手術の際に生じる問題点について検討した.男性17例,女性98例,人工股関節置換術25例,寛骨臼移動術3例,人工膝関節置換術12例,脊椎6例,大腿骨頚部,転子部骨折14例,四肢骨接合術12例,抜釘その他43例であった.手術時間は平均121分,出血量は平均218 ml,術中回収式自己血輸血は5例に行った.[考察]エホバの証人は2014年から免責証書を持参せず,当院では新たに免責証書を作成した.使用できる血液製剤,自己輸血療法の内容を明記し,新たに親族のサイン欄も設けた.回収式自己血輸血は600 ml以上出血がないと診療報酬点数が取れず,エリスロポエチン製剤は術後貧血に対して適応がなく,治療費が病院負担となり大きな問題である.
