The educational system of a college of technology(Kosen) started in 1962.lt is important to train up students as excellent practical engineers in the Kosen. The importance of "monozukuri" is cried for briskly these days. On the other hand, young people's tendency to have less interest in science and engineering is pointed out as a serious problem to affect the training of engineers who inherit the technology supporting the base of Japan. Under such a situation, the time to enrich "monozukuri" education has come anew. A solar boat was manufactured this time. The purpose is to raise excellent engineers who has creativity.

紙幣をはじめとした有価証券類は,多かれ少なかれ偽造の脅威にさらされている。偽造手法は,時代とともに技術環境が変化していく中で,偽造防止策も常に変化していく必要がある。とくに,近年のデジタル印刷技術の進化は,偽造・模造に特別なスキルが必要なくなり,偽造のハードルが低くなったとも言える。ある程度の品質の偽造・模造は,身近なデジタル機器を使用して,なし得る新たな時代の到来である。ここでは,銀行券を中心にパスポートなどに採用されている最新偽造防止技術の概要について解説する。
