We report a case of a large placental chorioangioma associated with neonatal anemia and congenital malformation, "Noonan syndrome". The infant's condition was also complicated with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Large placental chorioangiomas may cause serious complications such as premature labor, polyhydramnios, preeclampsia, abruption of placenta, intrauterine growth restriction, fetal hydrops, anemia, heart failure, and congenital malformation. Intensive perinatal management is required in the presence of a large placental chorioangioma.
