In the past5 to 10years, several American and European global corporations have obtained dynamic global structure management capabilities. They look like well managing the current big world tide, Borderless, Deregulation and Information Technology Revolution. On the contrary, Japanese corporations are still keepig the old Japanese style to manage overseas subsidiaries. Central contorol by Japanese managers, and heads of overseas subsidiaries are Japanese and their mission is work for the boss in Japan, and not for the merit to the overseas subsidiaries. In this report, a concrete proposal is shown to make a revolutional first step to become a competitive transnational company.
