Gunma prefecture is famous for a strong wind in winter. For this reason, this study examined how anatural feature influence clothes by seeing fixed point observation images which were recorded with videocamera. The images were recorded from 8:10 to 8:40 in a morning.Also,the period of this recording was fromDecember 12th in 2013 to January 22nd in 2014. The number of people who were analyzed is 745 males and597 females. The total is 1,342 people.The air temperature and Wind Chill Index (hereafter WCI)is effectivein order to assess the relationship between a natural feature and the rate of clothes worn by the people.As aresult, females usually put on a coat regardless of the air temperature. Males were likely to put on a coatdepending on the lowest air temperature. In addition,when a strong wind blew, females fastened the buttonson their coat and stooped. In case of males,the lower temperature became,the more males were likely to puton down coats. As we can see, there were differences between males and females. Also, females were morelikely to put a mask on their mouth regardless of weather.

The relation between the styles of briefs and the physical condition, especially the extent of menorrhalgia or menstrual pain was investigated through a questionnaire from 655 girl students of Gunma University. 1) Although the extent of menstrual pain mainly depend on their constitutional tendencies or the period after the beginning of the menstrual function, the extent of the pain also depends on the styles of wearing briefs ; the girl students wearing usually bikini briefs felt stronger and more frequent pain during menses than the students wearing standard briefs. 2 ) The effects of the six major factors (period after menarche, amount of menstrual flow, interval of menses, history of the family on menorrhalgia, shape of briefs, and life style) on menorrhalgia were compared by the method of multivariate statistical analysis, The shape of briefs affected least of these factors on the frequency of the menorrhalgia, but it significantly affected (forth of six factors) on the extent of the pain.
