It has become clear that, among the people released from prison and other correctional facilities, thereis a large number of people with mental handicaps who have need of welfare services after release, yet areunable to get the support that they need.Among these people there are many who, because of difficulty in returning to life in society, commitanother crime and are returned to prison. Inmates with mental handicaps especially, because of the natureof their handicap, need welfare support to be able to live in the community. In 2010 the Japanese Ministryof Justice and the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, in order to promote the successful return to societyof people released from correctional facilities, established support centers across the country and providedthem with financial assistance.Tochigi Prefecture has entrusted a nonprofit organization concerned mainly with facilities for the mentallyhandicapped to promote ways to help people to successfully live in the community. This paper looksinto the current situation regarding efforts to help mentally handicapped people caught between the justicesystem and the welfare system to return to life in society, and considers issues still to be addressed.

The purpose of this study was to create scales of ability in early childhood education for studentswho aspire to be a preschool teacher. For this design, I investigated the image that in-service preschoolteachers have of an ideal competence in childcare. The subjects of inquiry were preschoolteachers who had been teaching for at least 5 years ; 145 responses were received. An analysis of thedata obtained from a multiple-answer questionnaire using quantification method type III and clusteranalysis revealed 31 items which the teachers consider important. Quantification method type III analysisshowed three interpretable coordinate axes : 1) value of behavior (importance - unimportance), 2)targets of care (simple - complex), 3) styles of care (preparation - performance). Cluster analysisrevealed the following rules that teachers follow in caring for the children : understanding the situationsof the children, respecting their independence, supporting the children's development by arrangingtheir environment, being an educational model for them, and bringing out latent abilities withinthe children through encouragement. I would use the five scales obtained from these findings todevelop college students of infant education.

This research is aiming to clarify practical techniques of playing the piano by analyzing the task songsrequested from kindergartens, where our college students did their teaching practice. Though this researchthe future perspectives for what instructions should be given are also concluded. In particular, the analysisof songs taught at kindergartens and collecting of songs students were asked to be able to play would be abig and detailed help of the instructions given to students before their teaching practice. 70 percents of students are the beginners of playing the piano. Under this situation, by setting thesongs which are sung daily at kindergartens as the subjects of analysis, we would like to know howeffectively instructors should/can teach those leveled students in order to make them play the songsrequested.

The study of the retail trade was taken up as "retail business condition" "retail commerce morphology" conventionally, and a study to theorize the development process has been accomplished.In addition, a retail business condition was any kind of principle, and the reexamination of the precedence study was performed by a critical mind whether watched development as if it was looked in the inspection of "wheel of retailing", and the accumulation of the study has been done.Furthermore, the retail business condition development theory has been taken up as retail innovation theory.I think the precedence study graspes the development process of the retail business condition as retail innovation, and it may be said that I was going to clarify a factor and structure of the retail innovation.The study of the retail trade tends the management of the retail business organization to be taken up as retail or retail management, and the accumulation of the study of the system about the retail marketing of our country is thin, and it is thought that the development of the study is expected in a meaning to compare with the marketing theory of the manufacturing industry when I remove an above-mentioned the theory study of retail business condition development.Therefore, in this article, it is based on above-mentioned keyword and tries the reexamination of the retail trade type as the beginning of the systematic study of the retail marketing.

平成17年度は、主に、西ヨーロッパ先進諸国(イギリス、フランス、ドイツ、イタリア)における最新の経済状況と半導体産業の動向、西ヨーロッパ先進諸国に進出をした日系企業の動向に関する調査研究と資料の収集を実施した。研究日程は、9月9日(金)午前中に、成田よりコペンハーゲンへ、コペンハーゲンよりイギリスのロンドンへ出発。9月10日(土)〜14日(水)には、イギリスの日本貿易振興会(JETRO)ロンドン・センターと在英日本商工会議所を訪問し、イギリスの最新経済概況と、世界とイギリス半導体産業の動向や、日系進出企業の動向に関する調査研究の資料の収集を実施した。さらに、ロンドン市内のNECと東芝の経営責任者とのヒヤリング調査から、今後の経営戦略に関する調査研究をした。9月14日(水)には、イギリスのロンドンからフランスのパリに移動をした。9月14日(水)〜18日(日)には、フランスの日本貿易振興会(JETRO)パリ・センターと在仏日本商工会議所を訪問し、フランスの最新経済概況と、フランス半導体産業の動向や、日系進出企業の動向に関する調査研究の資料の収集を実施した。さらに、パリ市内の日立製作所の経営責任者とのヒヤリング調査から、今後の経営戦略に関する調査研究をした。9月18日(日)には、フランスのパリからドイツのデュセルドルフに移動をした。9月18日(日)〜22日(木)には、ドイツの日本貿易振興会(JETRO)デュセルドルフ・センターとデュセルドルフ日本商工会議所を訪問し、ドイツの最新経済概況と、ドイツ半導体産業の動向や、日系進出企業の動向に関する調査研究の資料の収集を実施した。さらに、デュセルドルフ市内のNECと東芝の経営責任者とのヒヤリング調査から、今後の経営戦略の調査研究をした。9月22日(木)には、ドイツのデュセルドルフからイタリアのミラノに移動をした。9月22日(木)〜25日(日)には、イタリアの日本貿易振興会(JETRO)ミラノ・センターと在イタリア日本商工会議所を訪問し、イタリアの最新経済概況と、日系進出企業の動向に関する調査研究の資料の収集を実施した。9月25日(日)の午後にミラノからコペンハーゲンへ、コペンハーゲンから26日(月)に成田に帰国をした。西ヨーロッパ先進諸国では、イギリス経済だけは好調であったが、土地価格が5年間で2倍に上昇したことで、若年層の住宅購入が困難化し、国内消費水準好調と関連して、個人の負債権者が増加しているのが問題である。他の3カ国はいずれも経済が停滞状況にあり、失業率はイタリアが8%で、他の2カ国は二桁台と深刻な状況にあり、特に、若年層での失業率が高い点が問題である。また、半導体産業は、日韓の半導体企業に圧倒されている。日系の進出企業数は、一時期の撤退傾向がストップをして、全体では一貫した増加傾向で推移しているが、特に、低賃金と経済発展による市場発展と拡大を見越して、チェコやハンガリー等の東欧諸国への進出増加が、近年の特徴でもある。
