本稿では,筆者らが 2007 年度までに平泉町毛越寺をフィールドとして開発してきた Bluetooth 携帯電話による UD (ユニバーサルデザイン) 観光情報システムを,異なる観光地である歴史公園えさし藤原の郷に適用した結果について報告する.なお,UD 観光情報システムとは,UD に配慮し,ユーザ特性に応じて観光情報を提供するシステムである.適用に際し,システムに行った拡張は,ゾーンやエリアという概念の導入,ルート案内機能の追加,コンテンツ管理部の試作であった.社会実験の結果は概ね好評であったが,操作性を中心に課題も残った.This paper reported the result of applying the UD (Universal Design) tourist information system using a bluetooth mobile phone which we developed it at Hiraizumi Motsuji temple by 2007 to other different tourist site, Fujiwara Heritage Park. This system presents a tourist information corresponding to user's characteristic in the consideration of UD. The expansions of this system were the addition to the concept of zone and area, the route guidance function, the contents management part. Satisfactory results in the social experiment were obtained, but there still remains some problems about an operability.
