介護医療の情報処理をシステム化する時,個人情報の漏えいや競合するコミュニティ間の情報漏えいが問題になる.対策としてアクセス制御技術を使う場合,アクセス行列では許可されていないはずの情報の内容が伝播するCovert Channelを分析制御する事が重要である.なぜなら,介護・医療と言う社会システムは,機能分化する社会システムの競合的,連携的な環境の中で個人情報が使われるからであり,かつまた個人情報は決して情報漏えいや改ざんされてはならないからである.本稿ではこの問題解決のためにCommunity Based Access Control Modelを適用する事を試み,問題解決の1つの提案とする.When the processing of information on the nursing medical treatment is systematized, information leakage between communities that compete becomes a problem. Moreover, the leakage of individual information becomes a problem further, too. Therefore, the access control is used as these measures. However, it is necessary to analyze the spread of the content of information, which is not permitted by the access procession, and to control. Because individual information is used in the environment that the social system of nursing and medical treatment, into which the function differentiates operates competing and jointly. Individual information that the social system manages moreover, because of not being falsified the information leakage at all. This paper describes to apply Community Based Access Control Model for this problem solving in this text, and assumes the proposal of one of the problem solving.
