性教育を施行する場合,どの時期に誰が実施するべきかなど,いつも議論の絶えないところであるが,最近は「行き過ぎた性教育」などがマスメディアに取り上げられ話題になるといった状況もある。ところで,ドイツの性教育に関する教材などを日本でも見かけることがあるが,文化的背景等の異なるところで作られたものであるということも注意しておかなければならない。本研究は,日独の性教育に関する比較検討を行うことにより,日本の性教育を客観視し,長所の再発見や応用の可能性を探ることなどを目的としたものである。日独の青少年の性交状況を比較すると性交率はドイツのほうが高かったが性交経験率の推移はどちらも上がりつつある傾向が見られた。性に関して日本では友人の影響が強いのに対し,ドイツでは親の存在感が強かった。家庭内において性教育若しくは身体発育や性に関する話をすることがあるとしても,その内容が異なるのではないかということが考えられた。ドイツではBundeszentrale fr gesundheitliche Aufklrung(連邦教育センター)から性教育に関する多種類のパンフレットなどが発行されており,具体的な性行動などについても書かれているが,愛情や様々な心情から取り扱い,身体に関する基本的な知識など多面的に盛り込まれ,また読みやすいように工夫されているものであった。一方,わが国ではそのような種類の刊行物は皆無に等しいといわざるを得ない。文化的背景,歴史,教育システム,学校と家庭の関係などが異なるので,日本とドイツの学校での性教育を単純に比較することは大変難しいが,その中で日本の性教育を考える上での参考になる点は,学校と家庭での性教育の関係,保護者と子どものコミュニケーションとその信頼関係であり,愛情や人とのつながりを考えさせ,正しい情報をわかりやすく伝えるための資料や手段などは重要であろうと考えられた。When we performs sex education, there is a difficult problem who should carry it out in which time in usually. This study was aimed at we regarded Japanese sex education as objectivity by doing comparison examination about sex education of Japan and Germany, and investigating rediscovery of a good point and potency of application. German one was high in the sex rate, but determination stopping both was seen in the transition of coitus experience coefficient when compared the young sex situation of Japan and Germany. When was troubled about sex, for the partner whom a youth talked with, influence of a parent was strong for a thing with in Germany and many friends in Japan. Even if we put it in home and could have a talk about sex education or sex, it was supposed whether you were not considerably different in the contents at Japan and Germany. Because it is different from cultural background, history, an education system, a school in domestic reference, it is not easy to compare the sex education between Japan and Germany. A point to be useful for at the top that thought about Japanese sex education was a school and communication of reference of sex education at home, a protector and a child and the relationship of mutual trust , and it was thought so that a document or medium it was easy to understand right information, and to tell were important.
