今後急速に普及することが見込まれる 3D プリンタにおいては、様々な問題が発生することが考えられる。例えば、銃火器のような危険物の製造、硬貨の偽造、知的財産の侵害、肖像権、その他の問題である。しかしながら、産業構造だけでなく日常生活をも劇的に変えうるこの技術の普及の影響に関してはほとんど考察されていない。そこで本稿では、それらに伴う法律問題にどのようなものがあるかをまず列挙し、いずれ本格的に施策を講じなければならい時のための予備的考察をし、対応策の提言として、印刷原料の規制を提言する。Future, 3D printer will develop rapidly.
