Latex allergy is clinically important in the management of pregnancy and delivelly, because it may induce anaphylactic shock Here we report a case of latex allergy, in which we successfully managed pregnancy and delively by completely excluding the allergen from drugs and medical materials/equipment and discussing the measures for the allergy with dermatologists, nurses, and operating room staff.It is very important for gynecologists to consider and respond to a possible latex allergy in using medical materials and drugs.
