The purpose of this study was to investigate the reasons why Japanese football players can play in the Bundesliga for multiple years. In this survey, we had interviews with five Japanese football players who played in the Bundesliga for over five seasons. The contents of the interviews were analyzed by SCAT (Steps for Coding and Theorization) method and extracted the same factors. As a result, it was found that they focused on building a relationship of trust with their coaches. They had the flexibility to change their playing style and position to match the coach's desired football style. In order to continue to be selected as a member of a match in the Bundesliga, not only high level football skills but also ability to adapt to the intentions of the coach are required. From the above results, it was suggested that in order to continue playing in overseas leagues, aspects other than soccer skills, such as tactics and understanding of the coach's ideas, are also important.

Although there are some reports of the trajectory of swimmers becoming elite athletes, there are no reports on Para-Swimmers. In this study, the authors conducted semi-structured interviews with Japanese elite Para-Swimmers (seven men and three women) who participated in the Paralympics since the 1992 Barcelona Paralympics. As a result of the analysis, the background of the Para-swimmers identified three factors : places of practice, coaching, and participation in competition. Furthermore, each factor could be divided three periods as follows : (1) infancy, (2) junior high school and high school, (3) university and society. Analysis of the trajectory of Para-Swimmers revealed some important opportunities that were held in common. They were : to exercise with healthy people from an early age, to meet with leaders who drew out their abilities, and to participate in competition from an early stage when they were able to notice their abilities. As coaches, it is important to teach skills, as well as to create a pool environment that enables people to practice swimming regardless of age or disability. In addition, many results were obtained from this study that show that the order of these activities will play an important role in the community and social contribution promoted through swimming.

It has been said that sponsoring in-house sports teams can help to increase teamwork and loyalty within a firm, though sufficient evidence-based studies have not been done to substantiate this claim. This research aimed to examine the positive impact of a corporate sponsored sports team on its employees, primarily by measuring the following three factors ; 1) corporate shared-value, 2) both internal and external communications, and 3) employees’ attachment to and pride for the company. A questionnaire was sent to all 28,000 employees of Seino Holdings Co., Ltd., which sponsors a corporate baseball team for its employees, and 6,440 valid responses were received. 36.1% of the respondents said they had interest in the team, while 35.7% answered they were neutral toward it, and 28.8% answered that they were not interested in it. Furthermore, 12.3% of the respondents answered that they had participated in the baseball team activities. Both of the groups that showed interest or participated in the team scored higher in all three factors, compared to non-interest / non-participants (p<0.01). The results suggest that engagement of employees in corporate sponsored sports teams contributes to a deepening of inter-organizational relationships, helps to cultivate a collaborative corporate culture, and increases team spirit.

The aim of our investigation was to clarify the achievement situation and features regarding the experiences and results of players who take active parts in the highest ranked football leagues in Japan, Europe, and South American countries.
The average age of players in J-League changed, showing an upward trend, and recorded a peak in the 2014 season (26.85 years), and was higher by 3.80 years than that of Dutch league, which had the lowest value. And in the generation category, the age composition ratio of J-League players showed the lowest values: U 17 (0.57%), U 20 (9.28%) and U 23 (15.34%). And regarding the appearance fraction ratio by age, J-League players also showed the lowest values: U 17 (0.02%), U 20 (3.43%) and U 23 (14.01%). Their U 30 value (78.94%) was near the lowest value-that of Italian league, and their O 31 value (21.06%) was next to the peak-that of Italian league.
In other words, J-League showed lower levels of achievement by young players and a higher average age, in comparison to the leagues in other countries.
One of the factor became clear was that the player production fostered by the "Japan Original System," in which players become professionals after playing at university, is an increasing tendency. Furthermore, other countries such as Germany value the appearance chances of the young generation players and strengthen the upbringing of young players in their own leagues. Thus Japanese players’ experience is behind the age schedule in comparison to other countries and this is having an influence on the clubs and the league, and on competitions with other Asian area teams, and on international matches.
