計算機が人間同士の音声対話を理解し,リアルタイムに対話の支援を行う,知的なComputer Mediated Communication (CMC)を提案する.提案するCMCは,人間同士のコミュニケーションと人間?計算機のインタラクションをシームレスに連結することにより,人間の知的活動を促進する.その実現例として,金融相談端末上の相談業務における音声対話を知的に支援する実験システムを構築した.システムは対話中のキーフレーズを音声認識することにより対話の内容を推定し,支援ルールによって支援計画を立案し,支援内容の作成を行う.作成された支援情報は相談員に提示され,相談業務の円滑化を促進する.システムの自律的な対話支援のコンセプトの評価実験および,対話モニタリングによる対話支援性能の評価実験について報告し,実験結果について考察する.An Intelligent Computer Mediated Communication(CMC) is proposed which enables computers to provide support information to people who are in conversation by monitoring their spoken dialogue.An experimental system for the support of pension consulting service was built in order to investigate proposed CMC system.The system estimates the topic of the dialogue from detected key phrases by speech recognition technology and designs support information with assist rules.The efficiency of the consulting service can be improved by the support information which is presented automatically by the system.The concept of Intelligent CMC was evaluated by the reference indication to human-human dialogue andhe performance of the generating support information function was measured by several experimental conditions.The experimental results are discussed.

大量の自由記述されたテキストデータからの知識発見を支援するテキストマイニングでは、テキストデータの分析結果を視覚的に提示することが重要となる。本論分では、我々が使用したテキストマイニングシステムに実装した、複数の概念関係の視覚化方式を組み合わせたトップダウンの知識発見アプローチを実現する概念関係視覚化方式について報告する。実際の自由記述型のアンケートデータを使用し、本概念関係視覚化方式の、注目すべき概念の発見や重要な概念関係への絞込みといった作業における有効性を確認した。また、概念関係抽出性能の検証を行なった結果、従来手法に比べて、高い精度で概念関係を抽出できることを確認したVisualization of relationship between concepts is important in text mining as the process of knowledge discovery from large amount of unstructured text data. In this paper, we proposed an unique visualization method of concept relationship in top-down knowledge discovery approach that is implemented in a system prototyped by authours. Text data analysis is performed to real Q&A data in free from, which is retrieved from information providing service in a commercial web site and we found that our visualization method helps analyst's work to select concepts to be focused and to organiza concepts relationship for reporting. Ecperimental results show that the prototyped system can extract concepts relationship with higher precision compared to conventional method.
