The effects of d-limonene on the concentrations of corticosterone in mouse plasma were studied by using a cold stress model. The concentrations of corticosterone in the plasma of mice loaded with the cold stress at 4℃ for 30 minutes were ca. 3.4 times as higher as those of the control mice. When mice were loaded with the cold stress in the atmosphere including 50, 100, 150 μL of d-limonene/ca. 11 L, the concentrations of corticosterone in mouse plasma tended to be decreased depending on the amount of d-limonene. Especially, the concentrations of corticosterone in the plasma of mice treated with 100 μL of d-limonene were significantly lower than those of mice loaded with the cold stress only, and there was no significant difference between the concentrations in mice treated with 150 μL of d-limonene and those of the control mice. These results suggest that the inhalation of d-limonene could lower the concentrations of corticosterone in the plasma of mice loaded with the cold stress and the preventing effects of this compound on the cold stress would be expected.

目的:転移再発乳癌の根治はほぼ不可能と言われてきたが,HER2陽性転移再発乳癌に対しては化学療法とペルツズマブ,トラスツズマブ併用療法(PER+HER併用療法)により完全消失例が認められるようになった.当院での経験を報告する.方法:2014年3月から2017年8月に当院でPER+HER併用療法により臨床的完全消失(cCR)を認めたHER2陽性転移再発乳癌症例について,治療効果と効果,臨床病理学的因子を検討した.結果:PER+HER併用療法を施行した93例中10例(10.8%)でcCRを認めた.10例中,乳房手術を施行した3例はいずれも病理学的完全消失を認めた.手術未施行7例中5例は中間観察期間12カ月でcCRを維持していたが,2例では脳転移が出現した.結語:HER2陽性転移再発乳癌においてPER+HER併用療法により完全消失,および長期CRを得る可能性が示された.
