        ON-STREET PARKING LOTS ARE SET UP ON THE ACCESS ROADS IN CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICTS, AND SUCH LOTS AS ON NARROW STREETS HAVE A HARMFUL EFFECT ON ACTUAL TRAFFIC FLOW. HOWEVER, IT IS NECESSARY TO ACCOMMODATE ON-STREET PARKING  LOTS,  BECAUSE THE PARKING DEMAND LARGELY EXCEEDS THE SUPPLY OF OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES. FROM THIS POINT OF VIEW, WE ANALYZED THE INFLUENCE OF TRAFFIC FLOW AND  DRIVER'S CONSCIOUSNESS WITH REGARD TO ON-STREET PARKING LOT IN ORDER TO USE THE BUSY ACCESS ROADS  MORE EFFECTIVELY WITH ON-STREET PARKING LOTS, AND THE OPTIMUM WIDTH OF ROADWAY AND SPEED REGULATION FOR EFFECTIVE SPACE OF ON-STREET PARKING ON ACCESS ROADS IN CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICTS ARE PROPOSED.
