Hippocampus haema Han, Kim, Kai & Senou 2017 has been found along the coast of the Sea of Japan from Akita Prefecture to Yamaguchi Prefecture in Honshu, the Yatsushiro Sea in Kyushu, and the southern coast of the Korean Peninsula. However, there were no records of this species from the Pacific side of the Japanese Archipelago, with the exception of an example of a partial mitochondrial DNA sequence recently deposited in the DNA data bank. We collected a seahorse specimen from the seagrass bed at Koyadori Fishing Port in Onagawa Town, Miyagi Prefecture, on the Pacific Ocean side on 29 August 2022. Based on morphological characteristics and mitochondrial DNA analysis, this specimen was identified as H. haema. This study provided detailed morphological information and the DNA sequences of the specimen and compared them with previous morphological and DNA data on H. haema and the related species. The values for the 16 morphological characters examined were within the range of previously reported values for H. haema, except for the coronet height from the mid-point of the cleithral ring (CHMC). Small but substantial number of nucleotide substitutions were found between this specimen and previously reported H. haema in Japan, and phylogenetic analysis showed that this specimen belonged to the Korean clade.

はじめに:化膿性脊椎炎重症例に対して,敗血症診療ガイドラインを遵守するとともに,明確な目的・適切なタイミングを意識した整形外科的治療介入を行った.診療の実際と治療成績を調査した.対象と方法:2008年4月以降10年間に東北大学病院高度救命救急センターで治療した,椎体周囲・硬膜外腔に膿瘍を形成した化膿性脊椎炎重症例27例を対象とした.電子カルテから診断・治療内容,画像所見,ガイドライン遵守の有無,転帰等を調査した.結果:全例でガイドラインを遵守した初期対応が行われ,1例を除き起炎菌を同定した.穿刺・ドレナージ術を25例(93%),手術を18例(67%)に行い,1例が死亡,26例が生存退院(自宅退院5例,転院21例)した.結語:敗血症診療ガイドラインに基づいた初期対応に整形外科的治療介入を加えた当施設の包括的治療戦略を呈示し,その結果を報告した.

Surface vibration of CVD-grown diamond surface is measured by HR-EELS. Hydrogen is adsorbed on the sp3-hybridized carbon. On the (001) 2×1 surface, one C-H stretching vibration appears consistently with the dieter-chain model. On the (111) 1×1 surface, two C-H stretching modes appear, which suggests methyl termination model. But the phonon dispersion in the low energy region is well explained by the monohydride termination model. Uniformity of the surface should be checked to discuss this inconsistency. Hydrogen exchange with the gas-phase and the hydrogen desorption/adsorption processes are also investigated.

仙腸関節ブロックや骨盤ベルトなどの保存療法の効果が持続せず,日常生活や就労に著しい障害のある仙腸関節性疼痛例に対して仙腸関節前方固定術を行った.男6例,女9例の15例で,年齢は平均49歳(30~86歳),罹病期間は平均3.9年(1~7年),術後経過期間は平均2.3年(6カ月~5年)であった.片側前方固定術を14例に,両側固定術(骨盤輪固定術)を1例に施行した.これらの症例について,関節癒合をCTで,また臨床症状をJOAスコア,VASによる疼痛の変化,Roland-Morris disability questionnaire(RDQ)で評価した.関節癒合は15例全例で得られていた.JOAスコアが術前平均5.6点(4~9点)から術後平均18点(7~24点)に,VASが84(70~93)から40(10~75)に,RDQ得点が21.1(17~23)から6.9(1~14)に改善した.仙腸関節前方固定術の成績は良好であり,保存療法に抵抗する症例には有効な治療法と考えられる.
