オーストラリアの映像コンテンツ政策について、(1)人材育成、(2)財政支援、(3)環境整備支援、3つの側面について、行政資料、統計データ、新聞雑誌記事、文献等を渉猟し、関係者への聞き取り調査をして検証した結果、その有効性が確認された。連邦政府の支援策が州政府、民間の支援策を生みだすといった連鎖反応を呼び、効果をあげており、オーストラリアがデジタル技術を駆使した映像コンテンツの領域で大きな存在感を示すようになっていることが判明した。

After Chinese government adapted the economic reform policy in 1978, advertising broadcasting and CCTV(Chinese Central Television) started. China's TV system was reformed several times depending on the progress situation of the economic reform. The aim of this study is to explore the relationship of Chinese government andCCTV by the materials based on some academic papers, books, and statistical data. As aresult, despite of many changes during three decades since 1978 it is thought that thefundamental role of CCTV as a mouthpiece for the Chinese Communist Party and thegovernment is still maintained.PDF図表カラーあり

The value of Vietnam's E&M(entertainment & media)market is expected to exceed $2 billion in 2013, says PricewaterhouseCoopers. So Vietnam's media contents market is expected to become a bigger one during these several years. The aim of this study is to figure out the flow of media contents in global era by analyzing Vietnam’s market. The materials of this study are some statistical data about Vietnamese society and some academic papers about Japanese TV dramas and Korean TV dramas. In the past both had similar experiences about getting into Vietnam contents market. But now Korean dramas are very popular in Vietnam, on the other hand Japanese dramas aren't broadcasted. From this phenomenon the requirements to get into Vietnams market are thought as follows, 1. Sale of TV dramas fitting to Vietnam's social situation. 2. Sale in sets with TV dramas and advertisers. 3, Price setting of TV dramas matching with Vietnam's economic situation. 4. Having coproduction system with Vietnam's TV stations. After all it was revealed that the success of Korean dramas in Vietnam's market is brought with media contents, capital and industries.
